Good news for all.Gujarat will be the first state to give voting right through Online/sms in the local body election.I started this topic in my blog on 21.12.08stating one country Estonia's elections.Its a new begaining.Its a Hope for the rest of the country.If Govt.is advertising to vote in elections,please give us this right to vote by Online system or SMS.then you can say-"PAPPU PASS HO GAYA"..............................................................................................sanuguide
